Meet your Croydon team

Leon Green

Croydon Sales Director

A dedicated professional with a journey that began as a trainee 13 years ago and led me to the esteemed position of Director. My path has been paved with accomplishments, including numerous accolades for my unwavering commitment to helping families transition into new homes.
At every step, I’ve championed customer service and transparency. For me, it’s not just about transactions; it’s about fostering genuine connections and building trust. I firmly believe that these principles form the bedrock of successful partnerships.
If you’re curious to know more about who I am, take a glimpse at the Business Review page. There, you’ll find a collection of voices that reflect my dedication and the positive impact I’ve made on my clients’ lives.
Beyond the realm of real estate, you might spot me pounding the pavement as I pursue my passion for running. I’ve immersed myself in local running groups, and you’ll likely catch me sporting the unmistakable “Livin” t-shirt—a testament to my dedication to an active lifestyle and community engagement.

Jason Livingstone

Croydon Sales Director

Hi, I’m Jason. Working in the industry for over a decade, with many of those years leading prominent high-street estate agencies, has been a profound learning experience for me. What I’ve consistently recognised is the need for a genuine personal touch in a sector so often driven by numbers and targets.
Driven by this understanding, I established my own agency alongside Leon, determined to offer a distinctly different service. Our vision? Ensuring every client feels truly valued. When you contact us, you’ll be speaking directly to the business owners. Through the use of cutting-edge technology, we guarantee your property receives the attention it merits. However, it’s our emphasis on personal rapport that truly differentiates us.
Our success is evident in our results. We’ve achieved positive outcomes with properties that presented challenges to other agents and have consistently shortened the average selling time but for me, it’s about more than statistics; it’s about guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions they’ll ever make.
Away from the office, my world revolves around my wonderful daughter and our spirited cat, Pablo. As a local, you might occasionally spot me savouring a dish at a nearby eatery or maintaining my fitness at the local gym.
If you’re in search of a sincere, dedicated partner for your property endeavours, I stand ready to assist. Together, we can turn your property aspirations into a reality.

Esteban Albuja

Lettings Director

I’ve spent over 10 years in the property industry, working with a wide range of clients, from seasoned investors to families looking for their first rental home. My journey has taken me through London’s competitive property market allowing me to develop a reputation for being hands-on, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to providing a smooth, stress-free experience for both landlords and tenants.
What drives me is building long-lasting relationships with my clients, where understanding their needs is at the centre of everything I do. My goal is to take the hassle out of lettings, offering expert guidance and personalised service, whether you’re looking to let a property or find your next home.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me on the sidelines of my son’s football matches, helping my daughter prep for her next big audition, or enjoying a walk with my cane corso, Maui.
