We have a wide range of Block Management related services, many of which are included as standard in our fee. However, we understand that not every block is the same and will require the same amount of looking after. That’s where we are different. Our company ethos is to provide the best possible personal, yet professional service to all our and to meet their expectations and individual requirements. Tenant fees
Key Cutting Services, excluding the cost of keys: £15 + VAT (£18) Also, the Holding Deposit is equal to 1 Weeks Rent.
Before Move In You are probably aware that there are up-front costs that must be paid before a tenant moves in. At Livin Estate Agents, we require 1 months’ rent, less the 1 weeks holding deposit. The security deposit, which will be placed into an approved deposit scheme, is typically 5 week’s rent.
Change Of Sharer We know that circumstances change, and it may be that a tenant is moving out to be replaced by a new tenant. In these circumstances we deem this to be a change of sharer and there are several administrative matters we must deal with when this occurs. The following charges are our most up to date change of sharer fees.

How do we ensure our tenants are protected?
We are a registered member of the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
